Refund Policy for Cancelled Courses

A student will receive a full tuition refund if a course is cancelled by the college.This does not include the non-refundable fees (i.e. registration, technology, activity, etc)

Tuition Refund

Tuition is refunded from the date of instruction begins as follows.

• Before instruction begins ...............................	100%
• 1 to 14 calendar days ........................................	80%
• 15 to 21 calendar days ......................................	60%
• 22 to 28 calendar days ......................................	40%
• 29 to 35 calendar days ......................................	20%
• After 35 calendar days ......................................	Non-refundable

Student Housing and Meal Plan Refund

Student Housing and Meal Plans are refunded from the date of check-in as follows.

• 1 to 5 calendar days ..........................................	100%
• 6 to 14 calendar days .......................................	80%
• 15 to 21 calendar days .....................................	60%
• After 21 calendar days ....................................	Non-refundable
